Help Inside is a registered charity based in Abertillery offering a free voluntary counselling service for the people of Blaenau Gwent.

We deal with various issues including:-

         Bereavement

         Depression

         Anxiety

         Low Self Esteem

         Abuse – Physical, Mental and Sexual

         Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour

         Post Natal Depression

         Stress

         Children Service

Hi! Help Inside offers the highest possible level of confidentiality.

We now offer counselling to children and young people aged between 5 to 25 years old in our project "CHYP" ( Counselling Help for Young People )
